Beach Law was founded by Kevin Beach in 2009. Since then, Beach Law has expanded and is now managed by Delfin Posada & Bruce Streather and trades as Posada & Co. They are joined by a team of experienced and talented lawyers who are committed to helping clients achieve their goals and resolve any issues.

We specialise in listening to our clients' needs and giving the best possible advice. MANAGING Partner

DELFIN POSADA

Delfin is a Partner and the Managing Director of Beach Law. He also heads our Property & Private Client Department. Delfin qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor in Sydney, Australia in 1999 and was admitted as a Solicitor in the UK in 2004.

He has a breadth of Property and Private Client Law experience having worked in a city firm in Sydney, a legal 200 heavyweight and a boutique private client law firm in the West End.

One of Delfin's key areas of expertise is inheritance and capital tax planning. Delfin advises on trusts, estates and long term care planning. He also advises on drafting tax efficient wills and carries out probate work on simple and complicated estates. He has experience in dealing with cross-border estates having recently dealt with an Estate with assets in three different European jurisdictions. Delfin is passionate about helping people put their personal and tax affairs in order and helping people through very difficult times such as bereavement or the loss of capacity.

Delfin also deals with residential and commercial property transactions in all price ranges and is committed to providing a high quality of service. He has recently instructed, exchanged and completed a purchase in two weeks.

CONSULTANT LAWYER

PARUL JHALLA

Parul has over 30 years experience in all aspects of family law, having graduated from the London School of Economics in 1980 and subsequently qualifying in 1984.

She advises clients on all aspects of family law including divorce, separation, financial and property settlements and matters involving children. Parul is known for providing practical, constructive and cost effective advice to minimise distress at what can be a highly distressing time for clients.

Parul also advises on pre-nuptial and cohabitation agreements and wills and property transfers within matrimonial matters.

Parul is an active member of ‘Resolution’ and has featured on ‘News At Ten’ in respect of family law. She has knowledge of several languages including Hindi, Gujarati & Urdu.

LAWYER

NIKITA ASSANI

Nikita is a Solicitor at Posada & Co and deals with a wide range of Property and Private Client matters such as Conveyancing, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications.

Nikita also deals with new-build and off-the-plan purchases for the firm's buy-to-let investor clients.

Nikita read English at Loughborough University and completed her Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Law.
